Xceed IT offer two levels of support contracts - Basic and Advanced.

Basic Network Support

A service designed for customers that do not operate ‘Mission Critical’ networks but require frequent access to an IT helpdesk and want peace of mind.

Support includes Unlimited Telephone advice and Remote access support Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:30 excluding Bank Holidays.

Cost is worked out per Server and Workstation being supported.

Advanced Network Support

A service designed for customers that operate ‘Mission Critical’ networks and require frequent access to an IT helpdesk with guaranteed response times and want peace of mind.

Support includes an 8 hour response time with Unlimited Telephone advice, Remote access and On-site support Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 excluding Bank Holidays.

Cost is worked out per Server or Workstation being supported.
